I hired Andy to do a carport to garage conversion, with home water filter, epoxy floor, AC, and an attic access. It took about two months start to finish and Andy handled all the permits and paperwork. He was very knowledgeable and I could immediately tell how much he cares about his work. The price was very reasonable and lined up with my budget and estimates I'd seen online, and was well below what a larger company wanted to charge. Some parts were subcontracted: epoxy floor, plumbing, electrical, garage door, and drywall.

Andy did an incredible job on my impossible situation. I had siding that was crumbling and upon removal of the siding, the years worth of termite damage was revealed. He was there every day, hands-on involvement with the work, and very professional...this guy knows what he's doing and all the nuances involved with a tricky job.
Oh, and did I mention his work on my water worn foundation? I'm so tremendously satisfied with his quality of work and his pricing was very reasonable! I'm on a very limited budget and Andy was transparent with every aspect of the costs~he really went above and beyond.
He was always on time every morning and he answered every question and every text we sent. He always made us feel like we had his undivided attention and that no question was unreasonable.
